Pipe Repair

MHI has extensive experience in the repair of piping systems for all ship board applications. From standard carbon steel to stainless steel, copper, aluminum, monel and bronze MHI has qualified welders. In addition MHI's piping team is qualified in High Pressure, (1200LB.) boiler header and tube repairs. Past projects have included repairs or installations of Fuel Delivery systems, High Pressure Hydraulic Lines, Transfer and Stripping piping system renewal, Main Engine cooling lines, Oily Water transfer systems, extensive Main Condenser repairs and Cooling system lines. As required all installations can be Acid Flushed and Hydro Tested.
