Eddie Waters
During the past four months in the Navy Yard, on the USS Eisenhower, "Fast Eddie" has kept the ball rolling with 44 access cuts up to 3 inches thick. With UCC, Navy Yard and other sub contractors time tables, milestones and constant personnel changes he has met the challenge with a great attitude. He has been working long hours and weekends with no complaints. He has helped MHI and the Fab shop stay on track with this difficult job.

Tonya Tucker
Tonya has been with MHI for just under a year and has already displayed the commitment and skills needed to successfully perform her duties. That commitment is shown on a daily basis as she displays excellent communication skills as she comes in contact, not only with the shops, but subcontractors as well on a daily basis. That alone is not an easy task, for it sometimes takes a strong-will to make sure each caller follows the proper protocol set in place to call in checkpoints "Correctly". Still, Tonya always maintains a pleasant attitude. This of course makes it smoother for the entire QA Department to reach its goal of customer satisfaction. Tonya is always eager to learn new tasks and fills in wherever she is needed at the time requested and never complains about the task given. MHI is very fortunate to have such a pleasant young lady working in the QA Department.
