 "Employee of the Month" for September 2009 | Gary is an efficient crane operator who always has his fellow employee’s safety as his number one priority. His years of experience and skill make it obvious that he has a high regard for not only the safety of MHI employees but, subcontractors and Ships Force as well. Gary is always highly concerned with not damaging government components. He is meticulous when maintaining the company’s equipment as if it were his own. His attendance is excellent and Gary is always willing to assist anyone who may be in need of help. Occasionally he is used as a rigger or hook on man while the crane is being repaired at the maintenance department or when the workload is slow. Gary never complains and always gives 110%. He has an excellent work ethic, attitude and personality. We believe Gary is most deserving of the employee of the month award for September. |
