 "Employee of the Month" for May 2009 | Dave Newton is the Lead WAF Coordinator and a true asset to MHI. Dave has worked for MHI for (4) four years, during this time he has gone above and beyond his required duties to get the job done. Dave makes sure all WAF’s are submitted correctly and in a timely manner. He is there to assist not only his co-workers but Ship’s Force also whenever they need him. During times when MHI was shorthanded on WAF Coordinators Dave has covered many different contracts at once, and has done so with total professionalism and devotion to his work. He has worked long hours, sometimes seven days a week. He has taken on other employee’s responsibilities to ensure that whatever needs to be done to get the WAF’s signed and the work completed on time will be done. Dave is there to help all shops whenever there is a need; whether he is on the job or at home you can always reach him 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. He is a true team player and should be commended for a job well done. |
