 "Employee of the Month" for February 2009 | Since the first day he came on board with MHI, Olinder has done his part to make the HR Dept. more organized, operate more efficient and Employee friendly. Whether you are a supervisor or a handy person he will do his best to help. Olinder has been a great right hand man to Cris. He always greets you with a smile and is upbeat and very professional. He has the sometimes difficult task of dealing with MARMC regarding expiring Regional Contractor Badges for MHI employees. He tries to ensure no employees have to miss work by submitting the access list in a timely matter and corresponding with MARMC employees. He tries to answer any questions that you may have and if he can’t answer it himself he will find the correct person who can. It is my opinion that MHI did right by their employees to add Mr. Jones. |
