Located at Lambert's Point in Norfolk, VA, "The Midtown Facility" is the largest privately owned pier on the East Coast. Extending to 1220 feet in length, this new pier will be able to dock four destroyers or if necessary two aircraft carriers.

This unique pier was built over a period of 18 months. 850,000 cubic yards of material was pumped five miles under water to Craney Island during the dredging phase. 9,250 cubic yard of cast in place concrete, 6.25 miles of concrete piles and 300,000 pounds of steel were used in its construction.

During this period over fifteen subcontractors employed in excess of fifty skilled tradesman who worked diligently to complete this facility.
